Chefs Maria and Peter have 20 and 15 years respectively experience in private, personal and corporate catering. They also have close to 15 years’ experience working together managing institutional food service operations.
Together they have now brought all their experience and passion for quality and innovative food to the general public. Attention to detail, quality and service is where their passion shines through

Both chefs attended Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, formally known as the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago. They studied culinary arts and restaurant management.
They have worked together and independently for large commercial catering companies at events such as Levy Restaurant Group and Lindy’s Catering at the Kentucky Derby, NASCAR races in Joliet and PGA events in Chicago and Phoenix.
